Introduction
HMS is an interdisciplinary team of licensed mental health
specialists. Staff members encourage clients to grow in all areas of
life—intellectual, educational, emotional, religious, vocational,
physical, and interpersonal/ The services provided consist of inpatient
and out patient programs. A wide variety of psychological treatment
techniques are utilized.
Referral Process
Patients may be self-referred, referred by their physicians, other
concerned persons, agencies, or their employer.

24 hour emergency services available.

On a routine basis, patients are seen on an outpatient basis for
evaluation and treatment planning.

Reports will be sent to the referral source at the time of
evaluation, during the course of treatment, and at discharge. This
will always be with the person's express permission.

For continuity of care, appropiate information will be shared
with the personal physician as requested.
Patients will be referred to their physician for continuing care.
HIPAA guidelines are followed.
Cost of Treatment
HMS is a private organization and is supported be fees generated from
services provided.

Insurance
Most major medical insurance policies cover both inpatient and
outpatient services. Consult your policy or insurance agent. Fees for
outpatient services are due when treatment is received. |
